In this historically rich Alcoholics Anonymous booklet published in 1948 by Works Publishing Inc. now known as Alcoholics Anonymous World Services Inc. you will find a variety of discussions on the menaces of prescription drugs of that time. One of the main focuses of this booklet was to inform AA’s of the dangers of giving people sleeping pills to help them with the shakes when going on 12th step calls. This booklet is pre conference approved A.A literature, it is no longer in use, the main purpose of this document is to educate fellow researchers on the history of A.A it should not be used for any other purpose, it is a copy of the original booklet, it is complete and unabridged in content all typographical errors are original enjoy!
